Tours: Albert Tours (Moorea) - Snorkeling Tour, Ray/Shark feeding. VERY Affordable and helpful. Saw LOTS of rays and sharks, swam with dolphins and had a BBQ on their private island.

Albert Tours - Used them for rental car and rental scooter. Very helpful again! Right across the road from the Moorea Pearl Resort.

We played gold at the "Moorea Green Pearl Golf Club" and it was also affordable ($180 for 18 holes, club rental and car rental) and booking a tee time was easy and available! The course is in need of a little more TLC (bunkers, trim need some maint.) but the overall experience and the VIEWS from the back 9 are priceless! GREAT restaurant at the clubhouse too!

Did you explore any of the surrounding area on your own?: We drove around the entire 32 miles of the island of Moorea. Beautiful and GREAT restaurants nearby the Moorea Pearl! There is a wonderful cafe, "MOZ Cafe" just 1/2 mile down the road from the Moorea Pearl where they have FREE WiFi and great fresh salads, sandwiches and drinks at a fraction of the price of the resort. They also have A/C which is hard to come by at the local restaurants. We rented a car and a scooter and both were great for seeing all of the island we wanted to see. We also took a shuttle to many of the restaurants (free). In Bora Bora, we took the shuttle to the main village of Vaitape. It's a long strip of stores, pearl shops and food vendors. You can see it all in about 45 minutes, but the shuttle only ran every 2 hours, so we ended up walking around a lot.

What is one thing guests traveling to this area MUST see or do?: SNORKEL! The Sofitel Bora Bora Private island has a coral garden just off the edge of the resort, so for FREE, you can have world class snorkeling in your own little "neighborhood." While we snorkeled, we saw all the expensive tour companies bringing in boats of snorkelers to the same area where we just waded out to and got in! The water is SO clear and warm (78 degrees!) that it's just perfect for seeing the fish and having a great time!

Vacation over-all: 5+ This trip was well organized, the resorts were FANTASTIC, the amenities and services were world class and it was very affordable for us, especially compared to what we found out other travelers had paid to stay at the same resorts we were staying at! Jenni was highly competent in arranging our transfers to and from the airport and she really saved our trip when we had some big last minute changes. This was a lifetime memory we will forever cherish! Thank you!
